What Information Can Court Staff Provide?

A serious domestic violence offender who comes in to post bond pending appeal, says in a loud voice that the judge found him guilty just because "he had the hots Serious DV offender. for my wife."

The appropriate response by the clerk is:

1. "I hope you rot, you creep."
2. Politely ask the offender to lower his voice and call a supervisor for security if he persists.
