What Information Can Court Staff Provide?

Young punk.A young man with blue hair, tattoos, and a foul odor approaches the counter. He slumps across the counter surface and rudely requests some name change forms. He asks you what your name is, and when you tell him, he says that is the name he wants. Then he makes a derogatory comment about your new hairstyle.

Which of the following are okay to do?

1. Tell him you'll give him the forms when he stands up straight and asks nicely.
2. Ignore his rude behavior and provide him with the name change forms.
