What Information Can Court Staff Provide?

Constitutionalist. A constitutionalist is at the counter. He is asking for the same information and copies of the same paperwork that he asked for yesterday. He states that he wants another copy because he believes that you have changed the documents. He tells you a lot more about his philosophy than you want to hear. In his attitude you perceive an implied threat.

What do you do?

1. Call security.
2. Retain a professional, patient demeanor and inform him if any changes did or did not occur.
